END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR GOLDEN DOG INTERACTIVE, SAS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Golden Dog Interactive, SAS (“Golden Dog Interactive”) for the use of software products developed by Golden Dog Interactive, including but not limited to the following products: A New Dawn, Ink: Tournament Paintball and Whispers. (collectively referred to as the “Software”).

By installing, copying, or using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

2. LICENSE
2.1 Grant of License:

Golden Dog Interactive grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2.2 Restrictions:

-The User may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, resell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software. -The User may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. -The User may not use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is owned by Golden Dog Interactive and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The User does not acquire any ownership rights in the Software.

4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

Golden Dog Interactive may provide updates, upgrades, or technical support for the Software at its discretion. Any updates or upgrades provided will be subject to the terms of this EULA.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

Golden Dog Interactive collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at (https://goldendoginteractive.com/privacy-policy/). By accepting this EULA, the User also agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Dog Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the User’s use or inability to use the Software; (ii) any changes to the Software or any temporary or permanent cessation in the provision of the Software (or any part thereof).

7. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Eastern Republic of Uruguay, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.
